PALM TREES CHEESES

The rugged geography and abundant vegetation of La Palma they represent a unique setting for the grazing of palm goats that produce exceptional milk, ideal for making cheese due to the quality of its proteins.
The good work of Palma artisans and the quality of their cheeses has been recognized with the Queso Palmero Protected Designation of Origin, created in 2002. The Palmero cheese chosen on several occasions by the Canary Islands government as the best Canary Island cheese combines perfectly with our mojos.

It can be consumed fresh, as tender, semi-cured and cured, we recommend ordering it in the grilled restaurant.
